Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Renownify Agency Kit (“Renownify”), a software tool published by SignalPoint Systems LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, activating, or using Renownify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By completing a purchase, entering a license key, or otherwise accessing Renownify, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. JVZoo serves as the retailer for products on this site; your purchase is also subject to JVZoo's applicable terms.

2. License to use the software

Subject to your payment and ongoing compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Renownify. The license is granted on a one-time-purchase basis for the tier you bought. Personal and commercial use rights are defined by your purchase tier; client-facing or agency use is permitted only where the tier you purchased expressly includes it.

Renownify is “bring your own keys” (BYOK): you supply your own AI provider API keys to run snapshots and audits. You are responsible for all costs, usage limits, and terms imposed by those AI providers.

3. Account and license-key responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. Do not share, resell, or publish your license key. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or key has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the software except as your tier permits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law permits;
• use Renownify to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, or scan properties you are not authorized to assess;
• use the software or its outputs to send spam or unsolicited messages; or
• circumvent license, usage, or security controls.

5. Intellectual property

Renownify, including its code, design, templates, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual-property laws. Reports and outputs you generate using your own inputs and API keys are yours to use within the scope of your license; the underlying software and templates remain ours.

6. Disclaimers

Renownify is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no income or earnings guarantees of any kind; results depend on your own effort, skill, and market. AI-visibility outputs are dated snapshots taken across AI models at a point in time and are NOT guarantees of ranking, inclusion, or any specific result. AI answers change over time, and the same query may produce different results on a different day.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Renownify. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Refunds

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, misuse the software, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. On termination, your right to use Renownify ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of Renownify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
