Anti-Spam Policy

SignalPoint Systems LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) has zero tolerance for spam. This Anti-Spam Policy applies to our own communications and to anyone who uses Renownify Agency Kit (“Renownify”) or participates in our affiliate program.

1. Our commitment

We do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email. We email you only in connection with your purchase, your account, support requests, or communications you have opted into. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

2. Your obligations

If you use Renownify or promote it as an affiliate, you must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other applicable anti-spam, marketing, and data-protection laws in the jurisdictions you operate in and target. In particular, you must not:

• send unsolicited bulk email or messages of any kind;
• use Renownify outputs, contact data, or reports to send spam;
• use the affiliate program to promote the product through spam, deceptive subject lines, or false headers;
• send email without a valid physical postal address and a working unsubscribe mechanism; or
• harvest, scrape, or purchase email lists for unsolicited messaging.

3. Consequences of violations

Violating this policy is a material breach of our terms. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account, license, or affiliate participation, withhold affiliate commissions, and pursue any other remedies available to us under applicable law.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe you have received spam from someone misusing Renownify or our affiliate program, please report it to [email protected] with relevant details, including message headers where possible. We investigate every report.
