SignalPoint Systems LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of Renownify Agency Kit (“Renownify”) to do the same. This policy describes how to report claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Our copyright
Renownify, including its software, design, templates, report formats, and documentation, is the copyrighted property of the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as your license expressly permits.
2. Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content associated with our service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, the courts of the United States and the state in which the Company is organized), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
4. Designated agent
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to our designated agent: DMCA Agent, SignalPoint Systems LLC, at [email protected]. We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
