Refund Policy

SignalPoint Systems LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) stands behind Renownify Agency Kit (“Renownify”). This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the deliverables. If you are not satisfied with Renownify, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from your purchase email address and include your JVZoo receipt or order number. This helps us locate your purchase and process your request promptly.

3. How refunds are processed

JVZoo serves as the retailer for products on this site, so refunds are processed through JVZoo. Refund and billing inquiries may be directed to JVZoo or to us. Once approved, your refund is returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.

4. What is covered and what is excluded

The guarantee covers the price you paid for the Renownify deliverables. It does not cover:

• third-party AI API costs you incur on your own keys — Renownify is “bring your own keys” (BYOK), and charges billed to you by AI providers are not refundable by us;
• any third-party services, subscriptions, or tools you purchase separately; and
• requests made after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute — in almost every case we can resolve the issue directly and faster. Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund may result in suspension of your license. We are happy to honor valid refund requests under this policy.
