This Privacy Policy explains how SignalPoint Systems LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Renownify Agency Kit (“Renownify”). By using Renownify, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the email address you use to register or activate your license.
• Purchase data — order and license details received through JVZoo, which serves as the retailer for purchases on this site. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• AI API keys you provide — Renownify is “bring your own keys” (BYOK). The AI provider API keys you supply are encrypted at rest and used only to run the snapshots and audits you request.
• Scan and usage data — the domains, brands, and parameters you enter, the reports you generate, and basic product-usage and diagnostic logs.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain Renownify and its features;
• authenticate your license and deliver the reports you request;
• provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
• improve, secure, and troubleshoot the software; and
• comply with legal obligations.

3. Third parties

We share information only as needed to operate the service. This includes JVZoo, which processes payments and acts as the retailer, and the AI providers whose API keys you supply — when you run a snapshot, your queries are sent to those providers using your own keys, subject to their privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies, primarily for login and session management. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain account, purchase, and scan data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below. Encrypted API keys are retained only while associated with your account and are removed when you delete them or close your account.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of API keys at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR (including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability) or the California CCPA/CPRA (including the rights to know, delete, and correct your information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information). We do not sell or share your personal information. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Children

Renownify is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of Renownify constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
